Darum sollte sie die Weine bei der Degustation als erstes aufmerksam anschauen. Denn Intensit\u00e4t der Weinfarbe k\u00f6nnen sich stark unterscheiden und bereits wertvolle R\u00fcckschl\u00fcsse geben. Da aber das Glas rund ist, nimmt der F\u00fcllpegel von der Mitte zum Glasrand hin stark ab. Die Farbintensit\u00e4t ist damit in der Mitte am tiefsten, und gegen den Rand ist jeder Weisswein praktisch farblos. Rotweinfarben zeigen sich <strong>am besten am Glasrand<\/strong>. Die Farbintensit\u00e4t zeigt sich hier in der Durchsichtigkeit.
